       ●Working principle

       The tuning fork rod is driven by the piezoelectric chip, and the vibration signal is received by another piezoelectric chip, so that the vibration signal is circulated and the induction rod is resonated. When the material is in contact with the sensor rod, the vibration signal gradually becomes smaller, until the resonance stops, the control circuit will output the electrical contact signal.

       The YX-UZY series tuning fork level switch causes its vibration through the resonance of the piezoelectric crystal. When the material is damped, the amplitude decreases sharply and the frequency and phase change significantly. These changes will be detected by the internal electronic circuit. After processing, it is converted into switch signal output.
