       3. Ion implantation of tungsten carbide: Using stainless steel as the matrix, ion implantation technology is used to implant tungsten carbide particles on the surface of the casing. With high hardness, high strength, high toughness, especially wear-resistant, the thickness of the wear-resistant layer is 0.5 ~ 1.5mm, the outer is hard and the inner is tough, the diameter can reach φ8, the surface quality is good, the operating temperature is 0 ~ 800 ℃, and it is used in the coal mill in power plants The life span is more than 2 years.

       Material classification of wear-resistant thermocouples for garbage power plants:

       1. Cermet wear-resistant: adopts recrystallized silicon carbide cermet protection tube, high temperature can reach 1300℃, built-in K-index or S-index armored core, specially suitable for high temperature resistance of cement kiln tail, circulating fluidized bed, etc. Temperature measurement in grinding conditions.

       5. Iron-aluminum porcelain protection tube

TLC2 type: working temperature 1250°C, wear resistance is lower than TLC1 type, compared with ceramic tube thermal shock resistance, high temperature thermal strength, working pressure (16MPa and other technical indicators are better, especially suitable for 1250°C Thermocouple protection tube of degree S.

TLC3 type: It is improved from TLC2 type. In addition to the characteristics of TLC2 type, it has a special improvement in wear resistance. Under the same working conditions, it can double the life. Working temperature is 1300°C.

TLC4 type: It must be made from TLC1 type. In addition to the characteristics of TLC1 type, it has a special improvement in wear resistance, which is much higher than TLC1 type. Under the same working conditions, it can increase the life by three times. 1100°C. After actual use, the life of the protective tube for temperature measurement at the inlet and outlet of the ball mill can reach 36 months.
