       The probe of the capacitive vortex flow sensor is composed of a pair of differential capacitors. The vortex force generated by the vortex generator alternately acts on both sides of the probe, causing the differential capacitance in the probe to change in value, which is converted into a flow electric pulse signal by the amplifier.

       The unique internal structure makes the probe have good anti-vibration performance and measurable flow. The base body of the probe capacitor plate is formed by imported ceramics at a high temperature of more than one thousand degrees, so the high temperature resistance is good. The process and structure of the core components are essentially different from those of the detection components at home and abroad, and the reliability is higher.

       The intelligent sensor has gas and liquid versatility, automatic tracking of the pass band, no potentiometer or toggle switch to adjust the frequency band and sensitivity, no 0 drift, free range setting, and truly free on-site debugging. The circuit has a suppressive effect on different vibration frequencies, enhances anti-vibration performance, has linearization function, and its comprehensive performance is better than similar products at home and abroad.

       If the design flow deviates greatly from the actual working condition flow, the flowmeter will not work normally. In most cases, CN321 can replace the nozzle type vortex flowmeter of the same specification without changing the pipeline.

       Installation conditions

       ·The sensor should be installed horizontally or vertically (the flow direction of the fluid is from bottom to top) on the pipe corresponding to the nominal diameter.

       ·The upstream and downstream of the sensor should be equipped with a certain length of straight pipe, whose length should meet the requirements of the following table.

       ·No flow regulating valve should be installed on the upstream side of the sensor.

       ·If the length of the upstream straight pipe section cannot meet the requirements, it is recommended that the user install a fluid rectifier in the upstream pipe.
