       2. Wiring:

       The transmitter is a standard two-wire or three-wire instrument. The power (signal) terminal is located on the wiring side of the instrument shell. The signal wire should use shielded wire or two twisted pair wires. Try not to pass the wires together with other power wires. Pipes or open wire slots should not be passed through near high-power equipment.

       Three, installation and debugging:

       Install vertically in the liquid to be tested, pay attention to the wire skin not to be damaged!

       To prevent the sensor from violently swinging when measuring fluid media, users can choose a counterweight accessory to stabilize the sensor. When adding counterweight, the counterweight must be placed at the bottom of the container to avoid damage to the transmission. Sense wire.

       When the on-site environment is harsh, the user should choose a sensor shield to protect the sensor, so as not to be damaged by foreign objects or affect the accuracy of the measurement.

       When using a rod type liquid level transmitter, if it is not a metal container, you need to connect the transmitter shell to the bottom of the container with a wire, otherwise the measurement will be inaccurate.

       Four, matters needing attention:

       1. All supplied products come with product qualification certificates and instructions for use, which include product numbers, technical parameters, wiring diagrams, factory dates, etc., please check carefully to avoid incorrect use.

       2. During installation, check whether the on-site interface is consistent with the product interface according to the product connection method and thread type. If it is a threaded interface, it should be tightened slowly, paying attention to the seal, and the torque cannot be directly applied to the transmitter housing, but only on the six sides of the transmitter interface.

       3. Wiring should strictly follow the requirements of our company's instructions.

       4. This product is a precision energy conversion instrument. It is forbidden to disassemble, collide, drop, or slam strongly.

       5. The transmitter can work when it is powered on, but the output is stable after 30 minutes of preheating.

       6. If an abnormality is found during use, turn off the power supply, stop using it, and conduct an inspection, or contact our company's technical department directly.

       7. The original packaging should be restored during transportation and storage and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.

       8. Be careful not to break the outer skin of the induction wire during installation and use.

       9.When installing, the sensing wire should be at least 10CM away from the wall of the pool, otherwise the measurement will be inaccurate.

       10. The ground wire of the all-tetrafluoroethylene structure and the rod-type liquid level must be connected to the measured medium, otherwise the measurement will be inaccurate.

       11. Effective lightning protection measures should be taken at the installation site.

       12. The housing of any liquid level transmitter of this series must be grounded reliably, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4Ω.

       13. The safety barrier should obtain an explosion-proof certificate, and its installation should be carried out in accordance with its instructions.

       14. When the transmitter is used in the "0" zone, the power transformer that supplies power to the safety barrier must meet the requirements of Article 8.1 of GB3836.4-2000.
